I had no trouble working through the dungeons on this quest. Start and complete the Lost To The Ages Quest - There is a book in the wizards room in dragonsreach to start the quest By any magic you want from dragonsreach - I bought fast healing.ДЁ. By the time I had done all this I was level 18 and had dwarven armour and sword.ДЁ.

Make some dwarven/elven armour and weapons. I ended up with smithing skill in the 50's.Д¦. Giving you the elven and dwarven smithing skills. Use forge/grindstone/etc to level up smithing to at least level 30. This will give you lots of items and lots of ingots.ДҐ. Speak to smith above you and ask what he has for sale (forces chest to restock). Get all items in the hidden chest under the forge. Use the out of map whiterun glitch to get under the forge.Д¤. The reason I did this was to get the character level above 12 so elven and dwarven related ingots appeared at the smiths in whiterun.ДЈ. Once at whiterun use a rubberband on the controller to level up sneak (head out for a couple of hours while this is going on).

Run through the first quest, activate the warrior stone and run to whiterun.Дў. I though I would add this post so anyone coming across this in the future realises its not as bad as it seems.ДЇrom starting a new game to obtaining the trophy the total time on my save game is 8 hours and 44 minutes so its not as long as you think - approximately 3-4 hours of this was waiting for sneak to level me up while I had my dinnerДЎ. I contacted the development team but after multiple suggestions and many attempts I finally resigned myself to starting a new save and plodding through. Nothing would cause this quest to start in my main save. After finally completing skyrim and all trophies (except for Lost To The Ages) I had to finally tackle this glitched trophy.
